Iyengar yoga PD day with Claire

This is the professional development day for Iyengar yoga teachers and trainees in Northern Ireland, and from elsewhere if this date suits you too! In person only at Maitri Studio. We'll be covering the PD workshop set out by the IYUK Professional Development Committee: “Exploring some of the new asana on the Level 1 and 2 syllabus” = expect plenty of inversions and working together in groups!
