 Curious about Hypnobirthing?  Join Natalie's FREE session on 12th January and discover how calm, confident birthing can be your reality!

Come along and meet like-minded parents to be and get a taster of how hypnobirthing can help you through pregnancy and with your birth!

We will cover:

• The science of birth
• Believing in your body
• Decision making 
• Mindset (for pregnancy and beyond)
• Birth environment 
• Birth partners 
• Answer your questions!
   
• You'll meet other local pregnant women and their partners
• We will be going through some practical skills that you gain from Hypnobirthing (which is a full antenatal preparation course - no need to do any additional courses)
• There's a chance to hear some positive birth stories to get you in the zone for your own birth
• You'll get access to my tried and tested birth bag list

This will be in person and refreshments will provided!

What else do you need to know?

Birth partners welcomed and encouraged, or you can come alone :)

PLEASE BOOK A TICKET PER BIRTHING DUO (i.e. birther and birth partners are one ticket).
