A musical invitation to unwind and move freely at your own pace to a variety of rhythms from around the world.

Following a natural wave: starting slow, moving to a peak, and descending into stillness, enjoy a non-judgemental space to explore & express the fullness of your authentic self.

Exercising, invigorating & celebrating being present in the body.

Welcoming & witnessing whatever is alive for you.

Best date night with yourself- No experience or partner needed for this free-form embodiment practice!

Dress for your pleasure, festive/free/flowing/flexible/barefoot.

ALL ages, shapes & sizes welcome -- at certain point we refrain from talking which may be difficult for young children.
