Stressed? Busy mind? Always on the go? Do you ever pause to consider the incredible potential of your breath? What if you were told that your breath holds the key to unlocking a world of well-being, clarity, and connection with yourself?

Welcome to the Connected Breath – Discover and connect through a breathwork classes on Thursday evenings.

Mike Ditchfield is a certified breathwork instructor and is passionate about sharing his experience with breathwork and what he has learned with the community.

Thursday Night Breathwork | 60 minute sessions to experience & deepen your learning of your breath

Want to learn how you can use your breath to improve sleep, deepen relaxation & reduce stress?

Mike will be running a 60 minute breathing session, sharing the science & giving you the tools to experience your breath. It's a limited offering on Thursdays from 18:30-19:30 until 7th December at Maitri Studio.

What to bring?

  • A journal and a bottle of water

Preparation and Integration

  • To prepare, it is recommended abstaining from food for at least 90 minutes before each session
  • Bring a journal to record notes, reflections and insights, along with a water bottle and an eye mask for comfort
  • After each session, take time to gently integrate your experience and enjoy the deep relaxation

Contraindications and Safety

Your safety is of paramount importance. If you have any of the following conditions, it is recommended to seek medical advice before participating:

  • Heart conditions and arrhythmia
  • Epilepsy
  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychotic episodes
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Unstable pregnancy
  • Pre-existing lung conditions
