Acroyoga classes with Lu

We’re delighted to see Lu from AcroYoga Belfast continue with a second block of regular class from Wednesday 11th October 6.15-7.30pm.

Join Lu for a 5 week acroyoga course in which you will be taken step-by-step through introductory flows. This course is designed for beginners but is open to any level. Working in groups of three or four, you will cover entries, poses, transitions, and sequencing.

We recommend joining with a friend that can work with you either as a base or flyer but please don’t hesitate to join as an individual.

Every Wednesday 6.16-7.30pm from 11th October 2023.

• £80 for five weeks (single)
• £155 for a pair/couple

Who's teaching?

Meet Lu, your fitness coach and acroyoga teacher. Having a gymnastics and aerial dance background, Lu dove headfirst into the world of acro in 2016. She instantly fell in love with how acro combines the best of acrobatics and dance. Since then, Lu has been spreading the joy of flying to others.
